Few, however, know how beautiful the medieval historic centre of this city is!<br \/>\nBuildings, churches, squares, legends and unique characters such as the merchant of Prato: Francesco di Marco Datini.<br \/>\nThe walking tour therefore leads through the historic centre, touching on the Medieval Cassero, the Emperor&#8217;s Castle, Prato Cathedral and the House Museum of the merchant Francesco Datini.<br \/>\nFinally, one cannot leave this place without having tasted, a traditional classic.<br \/>\n<strong>When<\/strong>: Sunday 9 February<br \/>\n<strong>Meeting point<\/strong>: Piazza delle Carceri, in front of the steps in front of the Emperor\u2019s Castle<br \/>\n<strong>Meeting time<\/strong>: 2.30 p.m.<br \/>\n<strong>Duration<\/strong>: approximately 3 hours on foot;<\/p>\n<p>The tour will start with a minimum of 10 people and will consist of a maximum of 20 people; participants will be provided with earphones.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>9 February 2025 Prato is a city of industry and textiles.
