Prato is considered one of the largest textile districts in Italy. Local farsighted entrepeneurs were able to invest, before anybody else, their finances to acquire incredible pieces of Contemporay Art, making the city become a reference point for Contemporary Art. Later on the Municipality invited many street artists to leave footprints of their passage on some strategical locations.This walking tour is a way to discover how these gems of contemporaneity dialogue with the story of the city.
